Zoom Belonging & ERG Branding

Designed the custom brand identity for Zoom Belonging, an initiative that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion within Zoom. As part of the ERG relaunch, we developed a creative concept centered around the theme of "Be" in Belonging, highlighting the core values that Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring to the Zoom community:

  • (BE) curious | (BE) included | (BE) seen | (BE) heard | (BE) a member

This theme informed the visual identity and messaging strategy, reinforcing a sense of inclusion and empowerment. The branding included dynamic elements such as different versions of the “Be” tagline, creating an engaging and inspiring employee experience.

Business Impact: The goal was to encourage Zoom employees (Zoomies) to feel confident in the company’s commitment to inclusion and excited to participate in ERGs, strengthening internal culture and belonging.
